The Trustees of The Lancastrian Theatre Organ Trust thank all those who commented, on and off social media, on recent posting regarding the Lancastrian Theatre Organ Trust Heritage Centre, Peel, Eccles, Manchester.

All comments relating to the possible closing, opening times and volunteering have been taken on board and were discussed at the recent meeting of the Board of Trustee’s.

In reply to those who mentioned that they were unable to attend Wednesday concerts at the centre due to work schedule, a Saturday afternoon concert has been arranged on the afternoon of the Saturday 18th October. This will follow the AGM of the Trust earlier in the day.

On this occasion, to welcome and to introduce you to the Heritage Centre, there will be no admission charge for this event.

We do hope that those suggesting a Saturday event will be able to join us on this occasion.

Further Saturday events are being proposed.

The concert will commence at 2-30pm – Doors open 1-45pm., with hot refreshments available to purchase 1-45pm to 2-20pm.

Volunteering

A number of comments were made with regard to volunteering. We extend an invitation and welcome to potential volunteers, to come along to the concert on Saturday the 18th October, make yourself known to any of the team and have a chat about moving forward in the areas of our activities that may interest you. If you are unable to attend, please register your interest by sending an e-mail to the secretary secretary@ltot.org.uk and we will send you further information.
